Red Light Vintage & Costume Broadway

If you haven’t been into our Red Light Vintage & Costume on Broadway, here is a look inside the store.

We have two great locations – Capitol Hill (Broadway)  is shown here on  & the other location is in the University District.

We always have Seattle’s best selection of vintage clothing and accessories, costume and trendy contemporary clothing.

Red Light Vintage Halloween Party

Party Time!

Our Halloween benefit at the University Red Light Vintage & Costume store raised money for The Elisabeth Gregory Home women’s shelter, right in our own neighborhood. We had a blast and there were many fabulous costumes, drinks, food, live music & raffles prizes. Thanks to everyone who came to our fun fund-raiser to celebrate the upcoming holiday.

Did you miss our party this year? Find out about next years party & other future events, sales & discounts on our Facebook Page and Twitter.

Here are some highlights from that night. Visit our Facebook Page for more.

The Original Miami Vicegator

A lot of costume parties are themed but if you want to stand out in the crowd an easy way to add new flair to a costume is to combine ideas.
For an 80’s party “Miami Vice” might jump into your mind, but how about adding a hint of Miami by being a gator?! You can rest assured you’ll be the only Don Johnson they’ll be talking about.

London’s Swinging Sixties

I’m celebrating my fondness for the in-your-face Mick Jagger swagger in the best place where time is on fashion’s side, Red Light Vintage & Costume. A big inspiration for me is London’s swinging sixties; when the nonchalant and sunglass clad defied the style police and in turn arrested us with their confident strut and cool cat control. Maybe that’s why I threw in so much leopard print!
I also chose clothes with bold lines and a tight fit, traditional staples with an edgy twist, and incorporated versatile earth tones and tough leather. All of which I think embody the sensibility of a rock star.

Costumes Galore

We have just about anything that your heart desires. Kooky, spooky, glam and gorgeous are all available to satisfy your creative impulses. Sure, a regular old Fat Elvis costume will do. But wouldn’t Elvis the Alien get you the attention you crave?
