Made from the long fur pelt of the Colobus Monkey, these coats were once the rage of the high fashion world. Monkey fur was used for trim on 1920s capes and coats, then later in full lenth and short coats and short capes in the 1930s and 1940s.
This circa 1940 lined, short black Monkey Hair coat is in great condition.
Not only are we stocked with a crazy number of used costumes, but we also have all of the must-have NEW costumes too!
